Description

The construction budget, which includes physical space and equipment, is: $6,100,000.00. Firms are not required to add the names of staff professionals for each team member on Part 1 Section C if they are already listed with their respective firms on the Section D Org Chart as well as on the Section E resumes. Under the section noted for “Special Attention should be given to the following areas of the standard from 330, section h additional information” it states that the last entry under section h must read: “I hereby certify that the firms(s) listed under item 1 is a small business (if applicable) and meets the geographical limitations stated in the synopsis for this contract”. No preference will be given in the selection process based on size in response to the above. Firms that are considered a large business shall be required to submit a sub-contracting plan if short listed for an interview. Site visits and documentation (i.e. building drawings) will only be given to the firm selected for award.
