- Draft Statement of Work for Quality Assurance Project Independent Quality Assurance Oversight on Various IT Contracts. Draft SOW posted for Industry comment, please provide any comments or feedback via email to the contacts listed below no later than 12:00 PM EST on 01 June 2009. Also include your business size with your comments/feedback. Reference FIDO.gov advanced acquisition plan # 58844 for further details. We anticipate solicitation release in the August 2009 timeframe. Description of project: The Contractor shall provide FEMA SELC mission support which includes testing of information technology systems and development of plans, processes, guides, procedures, standard metrics and best practices in support of system/application testing and SELC artifact creation, storage and archival. This SOW provides a description of the capabilities FEMA requires for this Quality Assurance Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) support contract. The exact amount and type of support obtained will be coordinated on a written task-by-task basis. The Contractor shall provide the full range of technical support and assistance required by FEMA for conducting Quality Assurance activities relating to its Information Technology Systems and infrastructure. FEMA enterprise systems exist simultaneously in more than one phase of the SELC. The SELC support must be provided within the developed SELC program currently formulated by FEMA. FEMA is in the process of restructuring and developing documented repeatable processes in its evolution to obtain Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) level III certification.
