- TITLE: Program Support Center Carpet Installation Program Support Center (PSC) Introduction: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability of potential small businesses (e.g., 8(a), service-disabled veteran owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, veteran-owned small business, and women-owned small business) that can provide: Management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies to provide carpet installation to the Parklawn Building, 5600 Fishers Lane, Rockville, MD and other buildings in Montgomery County, MD. NAICS code: 238330. Requirements Contract is anticipated. The contract will include the following scope of services: Services Required: 1. Carpet Installation, Labor Services; Service to include:take down and reinstall conventional and systems furniture. Emergency Services; 24 hours a day 7 days a week, 1 hour response required 2. Cut all carpet on loading dock Use designated freight elevators only Prepare and furnish carpet cove base on all jobs, unless otherwise indicated by the Government. Remove all trash and old carpet from job site and loading dock. 3. The contractor shall perform a job walk-through for each job. Address your company’s capabilities for the above scope of services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
