- Extended warranty and training for a wire EDM being acquired under GSA Contract. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Phillips Corporation, the supplier and owner of the equipment until training and acceptance of the equipment are accomplished. This oral solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephonic requests. Send all requests for solicitation package to glenda.simnacher@us.army.mil.
