Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting, 702 East Broadway, Eden, TX. 76837 Description The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting, Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment and mental health services, within a twelve (12)-mile radius of the Residential Reentry Center (RRC)/home confinement, located at 1764 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio and within.4 miles of a direct bus route. This requirement will ensure the following: inmate accountability; reasonably priced public transportation is available for inmates who are responsible for their commutes to and from the treatment center. This requirement will also ensure that inmates are not subjected to walking long distances in extreme weather conditions. As inmates are required to work and meet other RRC requirements, the aforementioned issues must be taken into account. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on October 1, 2009 with four (4) one-year option periods, with service ending (if all options years are renewed) on September 30, 2014. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively.
