This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3449077A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26, Defense DCN 20080812, and AFAC 2008-0605. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210. The business size standard is $14 Million The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is N059. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 1731. This request for quotation consists of power cord install. CLIN 0001: 1 Job. Install a power cable reel with two user supplied receptacles for 400 cycle frequency converter. The 400mhz Transformer provides power to ATGL's (Air Transportable Galley/Lavoratory). We conduct a complete operations check on ATGL'S before loading on an active Airlift mission. The present cord from Transporter to ATGL is only 8' long. The power cord reel will give us extended cord reach to other ATGL's without physically moving the ATGL's. All work must be performed Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4: 30 pm, unless otherwise coordinated with the project manager. User will provide the necessary plugs. Contractor must provide all other materials and equipment necessary to complete the project. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
