- SOW March 2009 Continuing Contract Performance RFQ-TDAT-007-9 Wyoming The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based out patient substance abuse treatment services within Casper, Wyoming area, defined as follows: The contractor shall be located within five miles (in any direction) from the location where the federal offenders are housed. Local bus and cab transportation that provides direct service for the drug abuse treatment services for federal offenders is acceptable. The location of the housing facility is 10081 Landmark Lane, Casper, Wyoming 82601. The anticipated period of performance is October 01, 2009 to September 30, 2014, if all option years are exercised. Performance period consists of a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. Notification Period: A 60-day notification period has been determined necessary and reasonable to provide the Contractor adequate notice to redirect his efforts if we do not exercise an option, and also to provide the Government with sufficient time to perform the required market analysis and consult with program officials if we do exercise an option.
