Description
Remaining Industry questions as of 5 May 2009 The first amendment to Special notice (February 5, 2009) for program management support services was posted March 5, 2009. The second amendment was posted March 11, 2009. The third amendment was posted March 13, 2009. The fourth amendment was posted March 16, 2009. The fifth amendment was posted March 17, 2009. The sixth amendment was posted March 20, 2009. The seventh amendment was posted March 25, 2009. The eighth through fourteenth amendments posted on April 1, 2009 updated our previous notices. The fifteenth amendment posted on April 2, 2009 incorporated an attachment. The sixteenth amendment informed you that the RFP will be posted no later than April 20, 2009 and the following documents are attached for your review: -Systems Program Office (SPO) Responsibilities Draft Report -SBInet Risk Management Plan The seventeenth amendment informed you the RFP release date has changed from "no later than April 20, 2009" to "no later than April 24, 2009." The eighteenth amendment advised you that the RFP will not be released by 24 April 2009 and that the RFP is in its final review and approval stages and all interested parties were to expect the release of the RFP in the near future. The nineteenth amendment informed you that the Tactical Infrastructure, Task Order Two, is no longer a requirement under the PMOSS solicitation. This amendment provides the answers to the remaining Industry questions submitted at Industry Day or after the release of the Draft RFP on 20 March 2009 and reiterates that TI is no longer a PMOSS requirement and that a separate action will be issued to support the Tactical Infrastructure (TI) requirement, with an estimated period of performance of 24 months (1 year plus two 6-month options). The Government intends to issue the TI requirement via GSA schedule. Information regarding the TI acquisition will be posted in the DHS Advanced Acquisition Plan found at the DHS “Open for Business” website as it becomes available. All interested parties may anticipate the release of the RFP in the near future. It is incumbent upon industry to monitor the FEDBIZOPS (FBO) web site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov for the solicitation release and all subsequent amendments. To properly address our industry partners’ questions, only written inquiries regarding this notice and planned solicitation will be accepted. Questions may be submitted to: SBI-PMOSupport@dhs.gov. Additional information about this procurement will be issued through the FBO.
