Description

Notice of Intent Leased Space for the U.S. Federal Government Linthicum, Maryland Requirement: The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of 5 years firm, for 3,500 rentable square feet (RSF) of office and related space. The Government is exercising the first of two renewal options under Lease Number GS-03B-80579, located at 1099 Winterson Road, in Linthicum, Maryland. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is in the best interest of the Government to exercise this renewal option.
