- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The solicitation number for this acquisition is RFQ LNG 55 AND THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED AS AN REQUET FOR QUOTE. This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition circular (FAC 2005-18). This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 325414 and the small-business size is $500. The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute on Aging (NIA) acquire Human CNV370-Quad v3.0 DNA Analysis Kit 96 samples. Interested parties please submit your quotes by the COB on May 14th, 2009 @ 3:30 P.M.
