Description
The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 11,489 rentable square feet in Syracuse, NY. The space should yield 9,990 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require twenty (20) covered parking spaces. The First Preference area is the Central Business Area (CBA) of Syracuse, New York, which is comprised as follows: North: Interstate 690 South: Adams Street East: Interstate 81 West: Onondaga Creek In the event that no space within the CBA is found that meets the requirements of the Government, space will be sought in the Second Preference Area which is comprised as follows: East and North: From the intersection of NY 5 and NY 257 North to NY 290 West, to I481 North to the intersection of US 11 and CR 191. South: From the intersection of I 81 and NY 92 heading East to Lyndon Corners, then east on NY 5 to NY 257. West: Beginning at the intersection of US 11 and CR 191 and heading along CR 191 to CR 161 to CR 46 to CR47 to NY370 South to I81 to the intersection of I81 and NY92. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 6th, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
