- RFQ - 3 Mil Safe Wk Hr Luncheon Westinghouse Anniston (WA) is soliciting quotations to provide four (4) separate buffet style luncheons at the Anniston Chemical Demilitarization Facility (ANCDF) in Anniston, AL. WA reserves the right not to award a subcontract after receipt of proposals. SCOPE OF WORK: 4 separate luncheons - total is approx 800 people. Approx number per date is +/-200. Dates are early to mid June 2009 and will be confirmed (subject to change). Vendor to only invoice for what is cooked by count. Menu • 9 oz lean grilled (on BBQ grill) sirloin steak & bring some chicken • large baked potato with fixings of butter, sour cream, bacon bits, cheese • self served tossed salad (in single serving bowls) with assorted salad dressings • rolls • combination of self served cherry & peach cobblers (in single serving bowls); to include scoop or individual cup of vanilla ice cream for cobbler upon request • sweet & unsweetened tea along with ice & lemon Vendor shall provide all paper products (plates, napkins, cups), utensils, steak sauce (A1 & Heinz 57), and salt and pepper (to be distributed evenly on each table). Vendor to also provide servers and own BBQ grills. Lunch will be served on site in the PMB Building and usually starts around 11:30 am. Note: Vendor and staff will be required to fill out and return a 380-2 form, signed, name on form must match name on your drivers license, furnish copy of your drivers license, watch a 20 min Safety Briefing film, be fitted for an Escape Mask, Drug Screening & require a vehicle inspection prior to entry to site. New OSHA medical evaluations will need to be filled out and returned. Please have the vehicles you will be bringing on site inspected by Security preferably a day or so before luncheon and receive your mask. Contact Jimmy Spinks for getting your mask.
