- Spreadsheet, which goes with synopsis for SPM7A209R0005. This is a solicitation for a Long Term Contract (LTC) with one (1) base year and four (4) option years for 892 National Stock Numbers NSNs) to support Rapidly Emplaced Bridging System (REBS) and Improved Ribbon Bridge (IRB). The unit of issue is “each” and “feet”. Items should be delivered f.o.b. origin and inspection and acceptance at origin. The deliver schedules are various. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 05-20-2009. This is an unrestricted Firm Fixed Price LTC solicitation with a request for pricing for out years - this acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data. The Government intends to solicit and contract with only these approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The estimated annual demand is $247,409.14. This requirement is for customer direct locations (shipping directly to the customer) and stock requirements. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. To date, there are no Surge and Sustainment Requirements. See attached spreadsheet for NSN, Nomenclature, and required deliveries.
