- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office and Mixed Use Space on a site of approximately 10 acres in Burke, NY The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous space consisting of approximately 29,100 rentable square feet of office and mixed use space, including a total of 80 parking spaces, 15 structured parking spaces, and 65 surface parking spaces on a site of approximately 10 acres in Burke, N.Y. A helipad and an eighty (80) foot communication tower are required. To be considered, space must be within the following delineated area: Northern and Southern Boundary: Within 1 mile of US -11 Western Boundary: Maximum of 2 miles Northwest of Route 111 on Route 122 and no further West than the intersection of Route 11 and Brainardsville Road Eastern Boundary: Maximum of 1 mile East of Route 374 in Chateaugay, NY Please contact CB Richard Ellis (see contact information below). The space should yield a minimum of 25,300 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for twenty (20) years, fifteen (15) years firm cancelable after fifteen (15) years on 90 days written notice. The proposed lease shall be fully serviced and meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
