- Description
- Provide all Labor, Materials, and Transportation necessary to repair Sanitary and Storm Sewer System at Travis Air Force Base California via an IDC Requirements Contract. Individual projects will be issued through delivery orders as necessary identifying requirements of projects but shall not be limited to installation of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) sewer pipe and new manholes, cleaning and closed circuit television (CCTV) of sewer lines, and repair or slip lining of existing pipe. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP), Price Performance Trade-off (PPTO) Solicitation. Resultant contract is a Requirements contact with a Base and two (2) option periods. Solicitation is a Small Business Set Aside unless responses from two or more qualified HUBZone firms are received. Interested HUBZone firms must submit information within 10 days of this notice in sufficient detail to allow the Contracting Officer to determine that the contractor is HUBZone Certified and has the experience and is qualified to accomplish this work in order for the requirement to be changed to a HUBZone Set Aside. There will be no public opening. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offer. Award will be the Best Value to the Government in accordance with FAR 15. The magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. All responsible offerors must be CCR registered to receive an award. The issue date will be on or about 22 May 09, the actual date will be in the solicitation package. The solicitation package will be available for download from the FedBizOpps Electronic Posting System (EPS http:/www.fbo.gov) on or about 22 May 09. The government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation or official plan holders list. The unofficial source list will be available on the FedBizOpps Site after solicitation posting based upon the submission of email notifications of firms indicating their interest in the project. Telephone, written, Facsimile, or email request for the solicitation package or unofficial plan holder list will not be honored. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring site for changes.
