THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDERThe Samuel S. Stratton VA Medical Center, located at 113 Holland Ave., Albany NY 12208 (hereafter "VA") intends to compete project R528A8-09-802-1, entitled "Renovate Post-Anesthesia Care Unit", amongst existing awardees of multiple-award contract VA528-P-0511 for Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Architect/Engineer Design Services.This posting is being presented FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY and does NOT constitute a synopsis of an upcoming competitive design procurement. Competition will be conducted amongst multiple-award holders of VA528-P-0511 based on price/quantity of proposed hours.The project referenced above consists of the design and construction period services for the complete renovation of approximately 2,700 square feet of existing PACU located in the second floor C wing and other occupied spaces located on the second floor core area. This procurement is funded with funds appropriated under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and will be conducted in compliance with all terms and conditions thereof. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-MAY-2009); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
