Description: The U.S. Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), Voice of America (VOA) has a requirement to temporarily house approximately 300 employees to support its intermittent off-site operations in the Emmitsburg, MD area on a short-term notice basis. The Agency intends to issue multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to qualified vendors who are capable of providing hotel/motel rooms on a short-term notice (e.g., 4-24 hours) for an unspecified duration (e.g., 3-4 weeks).
