- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO E-Corp of Layton, Utah, as a sole source 8(a) construction contract under the authority of FAR Part 19.8, and DFARS 219.800, the Partnership Agreement between the Small Business Administration and the Department of Defense. The project consists of the renovation of Building 29015 and the major components of the work include complete replacement of all building finishes, HVAC system components, windows, doors, door hardware, fire alarm and fire suppression system components; new paint throughout the facility, and installation all new finishes (floor tile, ceiling tile, cabinetry, toilet fixtures and accessories, etc.). The magnitude of the project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00, under NAICS 238990 ($14,000,000.00). The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract.
