- SOLICITATION EXTENDED TO 06/01/09 100% small business set-aside. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN for the various end items. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 5905 The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for two (2) years. The solicitation will be available in DIBBS by April 14,2009 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. Inspection /accerptance is Origin with product verification test. The final award decision will be based upon an evaluation of price, delivery, and past performance. This solicitation will be issued as 100% SB SET-A-SIDE and full and open competition after exclusion of sources. FIRST ARTICLE TEST (FAT) IS REQUIRED FOR THIS NSN. THEREFORE, ONLY OFFERS OF / FROM FAT WAIVED SOURCES WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS PROCUREMENT UNDER SIMPLIFY ACQUISITION FAR 52.290.
