Description

This notice of modification is issued for the following reasons: 1. To extend the due date for responses to the sources sought notice until Thursday, May 14, 2009 at 1 pm Eastern Time. 2. To notify that the position for the "document examiner" shall be in accordance with the Service Contract Act and with the corresponding Wage Determination for the New York City locality. 3. To clarify that the responding supplier shall submit documentation (i.e. capability statement) to demonstrate that the supplier has the capability to provide the resources required to fulfill the responsibilites for the "document examiner(s)" in the New York City area. (Not to exceed 5 pages.) 4. To alert all parties that any and all questions related to the requirements shall be addressed via email to levora.m.alston-lloyd@usps.gov. 5. This is NOT a solicitation and the responding supplier(s) shall not include any pricing data in its response. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-MAY-2009); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
