Description

RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS UNDER THE USFWS REGION 6 ND/MT MATOC IDIQ CONTRACTS. This is not a solicitation. The USFWS Region 6 has a requirement to design-build a new visitor center/HQ building at Audubon NWR, ND. It is the intent of the Government to award a task order on an exisitng IDIQ contract. These contracts were awarded under competitive 8(a) guidelines with the use of best value source selection procedures. These contracts are 601818D700-MCS Environmental, Inc; 601818D702 - Keplin-Gracon JV; 601818D749 - Hardrives Construction, Inc. The design-build services proposed to be awarded under this contract include the type of work designated under these contracts. The task order will be firm fixed price. The NAICS code is 236220; size standard $33.5. The project magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. PROJECT INFORMATION: The work shall consist of designing and building a new visitor center/headquarters building. Design shall strive to maxmize sustainability precepts and LEED features. Provide the design, fabrication, and installation of interpretive exhibits. Construct the facility and site improvements in accordance with the final approved design. Demolish and remove the existing HQ building after it has been vacated by on-site staff.
