- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services is issuing a Request For Proposal number 201819R018. This will be 100% set-aside for small businesses. We are seeking contractors in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 221310 ;Water Supply and Irrigation Systems within the size standard of $7 Million. Magnitude of this project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. Work will require the contractor to provide all materials and labor necessary to remove and replace a well pump in accordance with the specifications. The solicitation will be issued on or about 8 May 2009. All prospective contractors are advised to review all period of performance and site visit information details contained in the Solicitation.
