Description

Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Service Purchase Order for the collection and disposal of refuse from the Belcourt Service Unit and forty eight (48) IHS owned quarters located in Belcourt, North Dakota. The period of performance will be July 1, 2009 through May 19, 2010. The Contractor is to perform according to the Statement of Work. Collection and disposal of refuse from six (6) dumpsters, with pickup three (3) times each week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Belcourt Service Unit, in Belcourt, ND. Collection and disposal of refuse from ninety six (96) containers, with pickup two (2) times each week, Tuesday and Thursday at the forty eight (48) IHS quarters, in Belcourt, ND. All work accomplished under this contract shall conform to the rquirements of all applicable Federal, Tribal, State and Local regulations pertaining to environmental protection, occupational safety and health, and means and methods of work performance. Disposal of solid waste will be to a certified non-hazardous refuse site in accordance with the Environmental Protection Agency Guidelines.
