- Description
- This procurement is for the removal and replacement of the existing analog voltage regulators for the four main electrical generators and install new digital voltage regulators and automatic generator load controls on up to three NOAA Vessels. The work includes providing and installing new components, new enclosures for equipment, and electrical modifications to the main switchboard. The basic work will be accomplished on board the NOAA Ship Oscar Dyson commencing on or about November 1, 2009, while the ship is located in the Seattle, Washington, area. Options for performance of the work on two additional NOAA vessels will be included with the performance period and location identified in the solicitation.
