- The National Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Division of Global AIDS Program, International Laboratory Branch intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract, in accordance with FAR 13, using simplified acquisition procedures, to Becton, Dickinson & Company- BD Bioscience, 2350 Qume Drive, San Jose, CA 95131-1807. Becton, Dickinson & Company will provide 10 FACSCount CD4 reagent kits, 20 FACSCount Reagent kit (IVD), and 30 TRITEST CD3/CD7/CD45 W/TRUCOUNT IVD. Reagents are specific for the FACSCount and FACSCalibur instruments. These reagents will be used for comparison studies in the evaluation of new CD4 testing per protocol. Becton, Dickinson and Company appears to be the sole distributor of these reagents. No Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent. This advertisement ends in 15 days.
