FBO DESCRIPTIONThis is a Sources Sought announcement only for possible future use on Purchase Orders and Market Research purposes. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation because there is no bid package or solicitation available. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made.The Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking information on any U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Small Business firms with current recent relevant project experience and qualified key personnel to perform firm-fixed price electrical or plumbing purchase orders by rotating vendors. The work includes, but in not limited to the following: Installation and repairs on real property and equipment, and emergency visits on the weekends. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is as follows:-North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, Small Business Size Standard of $14.0M average annual receipts over the past three years. -North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, Small Business Size Standard of $14.0M average annual receipts over the past three years. Interested sources are invited to respond to this Sources Sought announcement by using the form, provided under separate file, titled "Sources Sought Information Form." Submit the following information: 1) Experience of the firm and Key personnel: Provide information on a maximum of 3 projects to include detailed descriptions of contracts that your firm has completed within the last 10 years that demonstrates your firm's experience in the work as detailed above; and provide resumes for licensed electrical, HVAC, plumbers, and mechanical engineers;2) Bonding capacity: Provide a letter from your surety stating that your firm has a bonding capacity of at least $1,000,000 aggregate if possible; If your company does not have any bonding capacity please state that.3) Socioeconomic Status: List your StatusNo reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requests.
