Description
The U.S. Department of Energy's Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) Program is expanding the measurement capabilities at its ARM Climate Research Facilities (ACRF) Aerial Facility. This involves the addition of a probe used to make in-situ measurements of winds and turbulence. This probe will be mounted on a pylon or the fuselage of research aircraft. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-MAY-2009); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
