Haley Veteran's Hospital (JAHVH) located in Tampa, FL intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source requirements contract with OLYMPUS AMERICA INC. to provide : 3 EACH - ENF-VQ RHINO-LARYNGO VSCOPE FULL SCREEN 1 EACH - OTV-SI (B) VIDEO SYSTEM FOR USE WITH VZ,VT2,VQ 1 EACH MAJ-197 LCD MONITOR BRACKET 1 EACH MAJ-90 BACK PANEL KIT FOR TCC CARTS 1 EACH MAJ-1124 VISERA KEYBOARD 1 EACH TC-C2-PS OFFICE VIDEO CART WITH PLUGBLOCKThe proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6. 302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However,all information received by 9:00 a.m. EST, 11 May 2009, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NAICS 339112 with a size standard of 500 employees.
