- RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER CONTRACT W912WJ-09-D-0005 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract for Geotechnical Engineering and Associated Services for Various Locations within the Corps of Engineers North Atlantic Division Boundaries. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District is soliciting and IDIQ contractor to perform a geotechnical seepage and stability analysis of Dike P-1 and Dike P-2, and to also evaluate the conditions of the conduit below Dike P-2.
