DTMA1Q09028 AMENDMENT 0001 BARBARA LOIS STERN REPAIRS Q & As Question 1:What is the time frame for hot work? Answer 1: Hot work on this job must stop one hour before closing at 4:30 p.m. Question 2: Will the contractor be able to work on the BARBARA LOIS on Mondays and Fridays? Answer 2: Yes Question 3:Does the work have to be accomplished at the BRF or can the vessel be moved to a repair yard? Answer 3: The place of performance for repairs of the BARBARA LOIS is located at the Beaumont Reserve Fleet (BRF), 2600 Amoco Road, Beaumont, TX 77705. Question 4:Can the Bulwark be cut off at the deck instead of 6" above deck? Answer 4: Yes Question 5: Should "D" rings be reinstalled on the new bulwark? Answer 5: Yes Question 6:Should all new bulwarks be schedule 40 or schedule 80? Answer 6: Schedule 80 Question 7: Should new vents be schedule 40 or schedule 80? Answer 7: Schedule 80 Question 8: Can Beaumont Reserve Fleet (BRF) supply crane support and operator? Answer 8: Yes Question 9: Should contractor remove old bulwark and vents from BRF property? Answer 9: Yes Question 10: Do you require any material to be recycled to reduce landfill disposal? Answer 10: Yes NOTE: The response date is not changed as a result of this Amendment. All other provisions, clauses, Statement of Work (SOW) and specificiations remain unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-MAY-2009); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
