- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items as supplemented with the additional information in this notice. The Request for Quotation number is HSCG25-09-Q-L3B74/77/81 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAR Circular 2005-16. This acquisition is set aside for small business, NAICS Code 321219. The contract type will be firm fixed price. The government proposes to solicit quotes for the following item: Item: Medium Density Overlay FIR EXT PLYWOOD 1 side, 1/2(one half) x 4x8, STEP 1, sign grade lumber, 1746 pieces. Proposal should include freight to CG, ISC St. Louis Industrial Division, Foot of Arsenal St., St.Louis, MO 63118. This lumber is used for making Navagational Dayboards. Freight shall be destination and preferred method of delivery is flatbed. The following FAR Provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.219-1(SMALL BUSINESS PROGRAM REPRESENTATIONS), all quotes should be accompanied by completed form. Form can be found @ www.arnet.gov. Quotes are due NLT May 15, 2009. Ouotes should be e-mailed to Anita.A.Vincent@uscg.mil or Amaury.Figueroa@uscg.mil or mailed to CO(fp), USCG ISC St. Louis, 1222 Spruce St. Rm 2.102b, St.Louis, MO 63103; or fax to 314-269-2746. Quotes must provide a minimum: (1) Solicitation #, (2) name, address, phone number and point of contact, (3) price and discount terms, (4) completed FAR 52.219-1, (5) Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration(CCR). Delivery date is: NLT June 15, 2009.
