Description

This amendment to the solicitation is to provide further guidance and requirements for the pre-bid meeting. A pre bid meeting is scheduled for Friday, May 22, 2009 at 1:00 PM at the site which the work will be preformed; for directions to the site please contact John Goolsby, Research Program Representative (956) 373-3223 or Tommy Stanford, Contracting Officer’s Representative (956) 447-6310. The address is: USDA, ARS, Moore Airbase, 22675 N Moorefield Road, Edinburg, TX 78541. Moore Airbase is a secure facility so the following information is required and MUST be provided to Michael Douglas, Contracting Officer no later than close of business 4:30 p.m., Wednesday May 20, 2009. Attendees must provide the name of the contractor they are representing and the name of the person(s) representing that contractor. No other changes are made to this RFQ. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-MAY-2009); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
