- The FedBizOpps Presolicitation Notice is hereby modified to reflect the correct subject title of Maintenance of Wallace and Tiernan Domestic Water Gaseous Chlorine Injection System. The solicitation document is hereby amended to extend the date for receipt of offers to May 14, 2009. All other information remains the same as follows:The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is soliciting quotes for Maintenance and Repair of Domestic Water Chlorine Injection System. Services shall be provided at the Edward Hines VA Hospital, Hines, IL. Solicitation is for the base period of June 1, 2009 through September 30, 2009, with three (3) option years. NAICS: 221310. Size Standard is $7.0 million. This is an unrestricted solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer. The solicitation and specifications will be issued and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at the URL addresses. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. No telephone calls will be accepted. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the GLAC Contact Point.
