Description

The ACQUISIITON SERVICE CENTER VISN 9, Murfreesboro, Tennessee issoliciting services for the Lexington, Kentucky VA Medical Center. TheLEXINGTON VAMC has a requirement for TWO HOSPITALISTS to providecoverage 7 days per week by working eight ten-hour days in a two-weekperiod. Physicians must be licensed board eligible/board certifiedinternists. The period of performance will be for a six-month baseperiod, with four renewal periods of six-months each. The NationalAmerican Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 621111, threshold of$10 million. It is a requirement that all contractors be registered withCCR (Central Contractor Registration). Solicitation will be posted on orabout May 5, 2009. No paper copies will be available. Proposal duedate and time are included in the solicitation. Contract type isfirm-fixed price.
