- ARCC-N, Directorate of Contracting, Fort McCoy, WI intends to issue Request for Quote (RFQ) W911SA-09-T-0083 for two civilian working dogs, one primarily for detecting explosives, the other for detecting narcotics. Period of performance for this contract will be from 16 JUL 2009 through 15 JUL 2010, with three additional option years. The proposed procurement is set aside for small businesses under NAICS 561612 with a corresponding small business size standard of 17 million. The RFQ will be issued on or about 12 May 09 and can be accessed at www.fedbizopps.gov. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the RFQ documents will be denied. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
