Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 13,691 rentable square feet in Portland, OR. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 11,906 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space must be contiguous. The building must be located in Portland, Oregon within the following delineated area: North Boundary: NE Halsey Street South Boundary: SE Powell Boulevard East Boundary: NE 181st Avenue to NE Glisan Street to SE 162nd Avenue to SE Division Street to SE 202nd Avenue West Boundary: SE 122nd Avenue The parking to square foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements. The Government will consider existing buildings or site for new construction. Availability of public transportation with adequate parking must be available within two-blocks of the offered space. The proposed lease is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space is requested to be ready for occupancy by October 1, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Expressions of interest should be submitted to the following person and address in writing, via email, or via fax, and should provide the site address, size, and the offered square footage. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by broker/agent must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the ownership of the building or property.
