Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. McChord AFB located near Tacoma, Washington intends to establish a Firmed Fixed Price Award for the following: NFPA 1975 Compliant ABU's (Airman Battle Uniform) coats and pants. All ABU's shall be manufactured by Lion apparel to conform to NFPA 1975 (See Attachment for specifications, sizes and quantities). FOB: Destination. Reference number F2Y3CE9113A001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. This solicitation is set aside for small business; the associated NAICS code is 315225 and small business size standard is 500 employees. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-MAY-2009); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
