Question may be submitted prior to 8:00 AM on Tuesday May 26th to the Contract Specialist at stacy.sullivan@va.gov.Questions submitted after that time may not be answered if the response would pose and unfair advantage to one specific contractor.Does the Medical Director have to be Board Certified?Board certification required for the Medical DirectorSince the medical director will not be a VA employee and will be seeing patients in NH, s/he will need a NH license or Vermont.Does the candidate have to be a citizen of the US?They do not have to be a citizen, but must meet the requirements above. Does the 15 mile radius of Littleton, NH include the overlapping areas of Vermont?As long as the CBOC is within the 15 miles it can be in Vermont or NH.Does the VA provide the Glucometers? If yes, what make & model?The VA provides the Glucometers and they are Roche AviaIs the VA requesting both office space and a tele-mentalhealth room? What dimensions are required for the tele-mental healthroom? Is it preferable that the Contractor provide one room fortele-mental health and another for tele-medicine (such a tele-retinalexams)? If office space for VA Behavioral Health Providers is required,how many offices are needed and what is the minimum size of theseoffices? One MH office of 120 sq feet which will be used for both office and telemedicineA room approximately 16 x 20 will be required on a part time basis for group with the schedule to be agreed upon with the contractor. Group may have 11-15 people on average.Additionally, what furnishings is the contractor required toprovide in the Behavioral Health Office(s)?Appropriate to the above requirements.
