Description

This is a new requirement for a firm fixed price contract to furnish personnel, management, transportation, and any other items and services not Government furnished to perform post-award contracting functions, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 42 and its supplements, and special projects for the Regional Contracting Office, Hawaii (RCO-HI). The Contractor shall furnish the contract administration personnel not later than (NLT) 14 calendar days after contract award. This requirement is for a base period (15 June 2009 14 June 2010) and 1 one-year option period. This requirement is solicited using a cascading approach with SDVOSB first and Small Business as the second tier. In accordance with FAR 19.1405, should the Government receive no acceptable offers from service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns, the service-disabled veteran-owned set-aside shall be withdrawn and the requirement will be automatically be set aside for small business concerns without prior notification to offerors.
