Description: The US Army Aviation and Missile Command has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for the acquisition of fifteen (15) Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) chips that accept commands using the proprietary SEA BUS architecture, to be used on the Kinetic Energy APS (KEAPS) system boost motor fire set from Pacific Scientific Inc., 3601 Union Rd. Hollister, CA 95023. Synopsis number W9124P-09-T-0012 is to be a Sole-Source procurement as according to FAR 6.302-1(b), Only One Responsible Source and no other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. CLIN 0001 will be issued for 15 ASIC chips. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency if received by 27 May 2009, 5:00 COB (CST). Contract award is anticipated by 29 May, 2009. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
