Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The reference number for this Request for Quote (RFQ) is NPM8G. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541519. NGA plans to issue a firm fixed price purchase order under FAR Part 12 and 13. The requirement is for the following items: 1) 5 each, GeoExpress Software Licenses (Part # 101-036-7) The item referenced in this posting are proprietary products of LizardTech. LizardTech is the sole manufacturer of the GeoExpress suite of products and annual maintenance The GeoExpress suite of software is the only product that fulfills the form, fit, and function requirements of NGA at this time. Vendor must be an authorized reseller of LizardTech GeoExpress products. Vendor shall quote all or none of the listed items. Delivery is FOB Destination to the following three addresses. Delivery will be made to: 3 each, GeoExpress Software License, P/N: 101-036-7 to NGA Washington Navy Yard, 1200 First Street SE, Washington, DC 20303. 1 each, GeoExpress Software License, P/N: 101-036-7 to US Embassy, Avenida Las Americas, 5-76, Zona 13, Guatemala City, Guatemala and 1 each, GeoExpress Software License, P/N: 101-036-7 to NGA/J2, 3511 NW 91st Avenue, Miami FL 33172. Total cost shall include all shipping and handling. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the vendor by the Government.
