Description

This is a notice of intent to issue a contract for construction services required to build and install an aluminum curtain wall system in Building 81, VAMC Augusta, GA to replace the existing window wall system that was damaged by high winds. The contractor shall provide all labor and materials to accomplish this task in accordance with the statement of work. This acquisition will be a total emerging small business set-aside. Only companies who have annual revenues less than 50 percent of the $14.0 million dollar size standard assigned to NAICS Code 238150 are eligible to compete for this requirement. This acquisition is estimated to range from $25,000 to $100,000. The government intends to award a firm fixed-price construction contract with completion of all work required 60 days from contract award.
