- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 20,344 rentable square feet of office space within the following delineated area of the Central Business District of Philadelphia, PA: North: Market Street; South: Spruce Street; East: 3rd Street; West: 9th Street. The space should yield a minimum of 18,495 and a maximum of 20,344 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The space shall be contiguous, on a single floor and located above the first floor, with floor loads of 125 lbs/SF to support high-density storage units. Two (2) reserved parking spaces are required. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced and meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Space should be ready for occupancy no earlier than August 17, 2011.
