****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Garry Biller, Contract Specialist, email: garry.biller@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX9F0475AX, NOUN: Support, Tubing, Airc, NSN: 1560-01-564-3799; P/N: 70350-03001-042, UH60 Quantity: 55 each applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 55 each 320 Days After contract Award (DACA). This requirement is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft (CAGE: 78286) because the data needed to acquired this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Due to urgency, we intend to release the solicitation immediately and do not intend to allow a 30 day period for receipt of proposals; therefore, companies are encouraged to express their interest immediately. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
