This support shall seamlessly commence as the current support for each location reaches the end of their current/initial year of support. The anticipated LLRC Annual Operations and Maintenance Support contract will be a firm-fixed-price (FFP) service contract awarded on a low-price, technically acceptable basis. The base award will be for a period beginning 01 Aug 2009 through 31 Jul 2010. Four annual options will be established beginning with the period 01 Aug 2010 through 31 Jul 2011 for a potential total of five years of operations and maintenance support.
