Description: The VA is seeking a site for a leased Vet Center Clinic to be located in Coral Springs Broward County area of West Broward County not to exceed 4,000 square feet. The VA will consider leasing on a long term basis. The VA will consider properties not to exceed 4,000 square feet of space.The property must be available for use, with an onsite parking for approximately 15 vehicles.The site must be within or bordering the delineated area as follows:South - Royal Palm Blvd.East - University Dr.North - Wiles RoadWest - Coral Ridge Dr.Offerors must provide evidence that offered properties are outside the 100-year flood plain and contain no wetlands. Sites with environmental issues will not be accepted.A market survey of offered properties will be conducted by VA staff.
