Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO), Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to Webb Research Corporation, East Falmouth, MA under solicitation number N62306-09-T-2019. This requirement will be issued in accordance with FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures as a fixed-price purchase order, with an estimated delivery of 20 Jun 2009. Shipping must be Free on Board (FOB) Destination to Stennis Space Center, MS. This is a request for quote for Air Deployable Profiling Floats (including parachute), quantity 4 each. Teledyne Webb Research are the manufacturer of the deployable floats. The estimated contract value is 64K under NAICS 334519 with business size of 500 employees. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
