Description

SF1449 - Landscape Improvement Wage Determination Solicitation - Landscape Improvement Table of Content To: Prospective Contractors The National Institutes Health (NIH) located in Bethesda, Maryland, has an 8(a) set-aside requirement to provide Landscape Improvement for several parking lots at NIH. It is anticipated that a fixed price contract will be awarded for 45 Days from Date of Award and a one-year Guaranty Period from July 20, 2009 through July 19, 2010. Attached is Solicitation Number NIHOF2009105 which includes Section B of commercial services and prices, Section C which identifies clauses in full text, Section D, Invoice Instructions and the Department of Labor (DOL) Wage Determination and Section E, Solicitation Provisions. A site visit is scheduled for June 10, 2009 (reference Section B. Your proposal should be submitted along with the SF1449 Form in triplicate with an original signature on all copies. Complete Blocks 17a, 30a, b, and c. In addition, in Section B, complete B.2.7 Key Personnel and B.3.3 Contractor Representative and Section E.3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. All questions shall be submitted to me at coler@mail.nih.gov on or before 12:00 noon on June 12, 2009. Technical and cost proposals, including all required submissions, are due on or before noon on June 19, 2009.
