- Local Area Wage Determination Statement of work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is a request for proposal (RFP). The incorporated document and provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-29, and DFARS Change Notice 20090115. This procurement is a small business set aside. This requirement is being synopsized as a competitive small business set aside acquisition the North American Industry Classification System code 238330, and the small business size standard is $14.0. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement for the acquisition and installment of replacement raised floor tiles by an authorized Tate® Access Floor tile installer. Please see the attached Statement of Work. The resultant contract will be firm-fixed price and subject to the Service Contract Act. See attached Local Area Wage Determination. Method of Payment The method of payment for this procurement will be a Visa Card. Place of Performance: Naval Air Warfare Center Bldg 2118 23013 Cedar Point Rd Patuxent River, MD 20670-1183 Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, including Alt 1, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items (Feb 2009) with its quote including DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certification – Commercial Items (Jun 2005) if applicable. FAR 52.247-34 F.o.b.-Destination (Nov 1991) is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions –Commercial Items (Oct 2008) is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition.
