Terms & Conditions Issue #4 PS Forms 2025, 5472 & W-9 Uniform, 2181-C & EFT Solicitation Package for Express Mail Delivery Contract Delivery Service originating out of the Port Orange, FLPost Office Solicitation #300-212-09 HCR 32155 Port Orange, FL - Port Orange Metro Area (A), FL This contract is for delivery of Express Mail and other mail as assigned by the Administrative Official. Estimated Annual Hours: 1,607 Estimated Annual Miles: 41,124.7 The primary function of this service is the delivery and acceptance of Express Mail. The supplier will pick up the Express Mail at the Daytona P&DF every morning and deliver to the Port Orange Post Office on Trip 1. All Express Mail assigned for delivery must be delivered or an attempted delivery must be made prior to 3pm daily to meet the Postal Services' delivery standard for Express Mail.
